"Ichigo Kawaii"


     

     




 I drew them in a different style this time. Don't know if you can tell, probably not alot of difference.
The drawing of Ichigo was drawn as a gift for a very special friend who always bring me presents for no ocassions XD

The second is a doodle of Ishida Uryuu which I inked considerably nicely, because it was a doodle and I did it impatiently. It's originally in black and white but I felt like messing around with photoshop.

I think Ichigo is in a notably different style, but it's very pretty! I love the colors.

And Ishida is flawless :D

That Ichigo is adorable! I totally love the style, and the coloring is wonderful! It's really beautiful.

And Ishida looks fantastic. Lickable, even. So glad to see a post from you, especially when it has such lovely things in it!

ichigo is a bit more stylised ... maybe a little traditional japanese? and ishida is just delicious there.

Yes, I intended to make Ichigo more stylized in a mix of traditional and manga style. I love to look at Japanese woodblock prints.

Ichigo at... a kodomo no hi festival (Carp kites are used, so probably not...)? The little kite he holds is adorable, and it's nice seeing him in something traditional, besides his shihakushou. XD

Oh he's just playing kites at a popular spot where people like to fly their kites.I did want to draw those carp kites, but I thought I used them too much in my past works.
I just wanted a traditional influence for Ichigo this time. Glad you liked!

Aw, that Ichigo is very nice! He looks so young :) I really like this styling as well, and the coloring.

The Ishida is total drool-ness! I also like that is is not just 'black and white'.

I don't think there is any work of yours that I don't like! LOL! Can't wait to see more of your Ishida! Thanks :):):)

♥ you did great with style you use on ichigo pic ^__^ the background and the kimono, and the kite, all great. he does look kawaii ^__^ the ishida one, emm.. dunno you meant it or not, looks like older version of ishida :) nice, though ^_^

Ichigo looks amazing too diff style I saw it and thought...Oh a new artist LOL and then it was YOU YOU TRICKED ME!!

Ooh, very cool. Ichigo actually looks a little like Syaoran from Tsubasa: Resevoir Chronicle, while Ishida is just plain hot. Gorgeous.

Uryu is really great in this drawing. He looks slightly like he's plotting doom, but still gorgeous.

The Ichigo is sooo pretty. I just love the feeling and the coloring. I can totally see it continuing on in one of those huge wall murals. Just fantastik!
